Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loan accounts, ensuring all activities are completed within established deadlines.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminders, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Analyze each account’s payment history and financial status to propose realistic restructuring solutions that align with company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the CRM system, updating status notes, promised payment dates, and outcome reports.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting, legal, and sales teams to resolve disputes, verify documentation, and mitigate future delinquencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports highlighting recovery rates, outstanding balances, and any escalated cases.
- Identify trends in delinquency patterns and provide actionable insights to senior management for process improvement.
- Adhere to internal compliance guidelines and external regulatory requirements related to debt collection practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, negotiation techniques, and financial products offered by Adira.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – S1 graduates are also welcome.
- Male candidates only, as per the current operational requirement.
- Age not exceeding 30 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related financial role; fresh graduates with strong academic records are considered.
- Demonstrated understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or collection management systems.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Lubuk Sikaping branch, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
