Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned retail outlets by actively promoting Polytron’s range of electronic products.
- Implement promotional campaigns designed by corporate headquarters, ensuring correct execution, visual compliance, and timely roll‑out in each store.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of product specifications, features, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Ensure all product displays, point‑of‑sale materials, and store layouts adhere to Polytron’s visual merchandising standards and SOPs.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and inviting, performing regular checks on inventory placement and shelf tidiness.
- Develop strong relationships with store management and staff, fostering cooperation and collaborative problem‑solving.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, attendance logs, and stock reconciliation documents for review by regional supervisors.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer feedback, reporting insights to the marketing team to influence future product launches.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current on new product releases, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Represent Polytron at local events, product demonstrations, and community outreach programs as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or promotional role, preferably within the electronics or consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional appearance and a tidy, presentable demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage reports, inventory, and schedules efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with store managers and corporate teams.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Flexibility to work standard hours (08:00‑17:00) and adapt to varying store schedules.
