Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach and on‑site promotion of company products to sports retailers, bakeries, and hotel procurement teams within the assigned area.
- Deliver clear and compelling product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and usage scenarios that resonate with each customer segment.
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with store owners, bakery chefs, and hotel F&B managers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base by targeting untapped stores and venues.
- Maintain optimal product availability at each location, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams to prevent stock‑outs.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Perform regular (minimum weekly) field visits to existing accounts, gathering market intelligence, feedback, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales activity reports, including forecasts, pipeline status, and market trends, using MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to relay field observations that can improve product offerings.
- Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and represent the brand with integrity at all times.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged 20‑28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; preferred D3 or S1 in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, B2B sales, or field sales, preferably within sport retail, bakery, or hotel sectors.
- Proven communication, negotiation, and product presentation skills.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to conduct routine on‑site visits and travel within the assigned territory.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C.
- High initiative and entrepreneurial mindset for uncovering new market opportunities.
- Passion for sports and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets/Docs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
