Introduction
PT Kobus Smart Service, a growing financial services provider in Central Java, is expanding its commercial team in the Cilacap and Majenang regions. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) and Field Collection specialists. These roles are essential for strengthening our credit portfolio, improving cash‑flow performance, and delivering outstanding customer service across the region.
Responsibilities
Credit Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Identify and prospect new corporate and individual clients through market research, networking events, and cold‑calling.
- Conduct credit assessments, gather financial statements, and prepare credit proposals for senior management approval.
- Develop and present marketing strategies that align with company goals, including promotional campaigns and product bundling.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all client interactions are documented.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to negotiate credit terms and ensure compliance with internal risk policies.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing client inquiries and facilitating smooth onboarding.
Field Collection
- Visit debtor locations in Cilacap, Majenang, and surrounding districts to collect outstanding payments.
- Verify debtor information, reconcile accounts, and update collection status in the system.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlement offers, and installment schedules while preserving customer relationships.
- Prepare daily and weekly collection reports for the finance department.
- Coordinate with legal and risk teams for escalated cases that may require formal action.
- Assist in field surveys and market intelligence gathering to support credit risk assessment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Age: No specific upper limit; candidates of any age may apply.
- Experience:
- CMO – prior experience in sales, marketing, account management, or surveying is preferred but not mandatory.
- Field Collection – background as a collector, field collector, accounts receivable officer, or similar role is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Own a personal motorbike and hold a valid SIM C.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset; capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Placement will be based on the candidate’s domicile, either in Cilacap or Majenang.
