Introduction

This role serves as the backbone of our front‑office operations, providing seamless administrative support to senior management while ensuring that every guest experiences the high‑standard service synonymous with the Accor brand. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between guests, internal departments, and executive leadership, balancing strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational excellence.

Working in a fast‑paced hotel environment, you will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, including weekend and holiday shifts. Fluency in English is a plus, as is prior experience in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the executive calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with Accor’s service standards, delivering a guest‑centric experience that reflects the brand’s reputation for quality.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including filing, document control, and the handling of confidential information.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, swiftly resolving requests and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and front‑desk teams to maintain cleanliness, operational efficiency, and a cohesive service flow.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as guest satisfaction scores, occupancy rates, and operational KPIs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback, suggesting process enhancements, and participating in training programs.
  • Lead or assist with small supervisory tasks, mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Manage shift rosters, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, conferences, and internal workshops, handling logistics from venue booking to post‑event evaluation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in an executive support or office management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a polished, guest‑oriented demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Leadership potential for supervisory or managerial progression.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, PMS).
