Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Mobile to join our expanding team in Nganjuk, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s mobile product portfolio, building strong relationships with existing customers, and acquiring new business across the region. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a D3/D4 qualification, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s mobile products to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with channel distribution partners, ensuring a steady flow of orders.
  • Collect and verify initial customer data, prepare required documentation, and assist customers in completing credit applications.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, liaise with internal credit teams, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with clear information on payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements related to their purchases.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell accessories, service plans, and value‑added solutions to maximize revenue per customer.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share insights from the field, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (all majors) or D4; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in B2C mobile sales; prior experience in the telecommunications sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with customers.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving licence.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
