DW Security is partnering with the iconic Freddies Villas in Ubud to provide a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. As a premier security provider in the heart of Bali’s cultural hub, we seek diligent, trustworthy individuals who can uphold the highest standards of safety while delivering a warm, professional presence. This full‑time position offers a structured Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant local community during your off‑hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the villa premises, including guest areas, back‑of‑house facilities, and surrounding grounds, to deter and detect any security breaches.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, promptly responding to incidents and coordinating with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Screen visitors and service providers, verifying identification and ensuring compliance with the villa’s access control policies.
- Provide immediate assistance during emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or natural events, and execute evacuation procedures according to established protocols.
- Maintain detailed daily logs and incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and outcomes for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the front‑desk team and housekeeping staff to communicate any security concerns or guest requests that impact safety.
- Enforce villa rules regarding noise levels, restricted areas, and guest conduct, while delivering courteous service that reflects the villa’s hospitality standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions on first aid, conflict de‑escalation, and local security regulations to stay current with best practices.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of special events, ensuring crowd control, entry screening, and smooth flow of activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Security Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security role, preferably within a hospitality or resort setting.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact effectively with international guests.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team, adapting to varied tasks and schedules.
- Resilience under pressure; capable of making quick, sound decisions during high‑stress situations.
