Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Staff Crew Outlet Gumul – Sales to join our vibrant retail team. This full‑time position is based at our busy outlet in the designated placement area and offers the chance to develop a career in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with Gumul’s quality standards.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
  • Assist in daily inventory checks, receive deliveries, verify stock against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or returns, applying the company’s service policies to achieve high satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team members to achieve weekly sales targets and participate in regular briefings and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures, including regular store inspections and proper handling of hazardous materials.
  • Contribute ideas for improving store layout, product placement, and promotional strategies based on observed customer behavior.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back‑office areas.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, special events, and inventory audits as required.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age 30 years.
  • Willingness to wear a hijab or already practicing hijab.
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Strong sense of honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Residence within the designated placement area (domicile requirement).
  • Basic proficiency in retail management systems and POS software.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work the standard schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Flexibility to adapt to peak periods, promotional events, and occasional overtime.
