Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in Muaro Labuh. This role is pivotal in driving revenue by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line representative of the company, building strong relationships, securing orders, and ensuring smooth credit and payment processes. Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell the company’s products to existing customers and generate new leads within the assigned territory.
- Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, gathering initial data and completing all necessary documentation.
- Verify customer information, prepare credit applications, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely approvals.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing regular updates to dealers and customers regarding status and decisions.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, addressing any queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order statuses in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams—logistics, after‑sales service, and marketing—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in regular training sessions and market visits to stay updated on product features, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (any field) or a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) for entry‑level candidates.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role is a strong advantage.
- Proven interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to the local market conditions of Muaro Labuh.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, credit applications, and follow‑up activities efficiently.
