Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and organized Koordinator Administrasi Kantin to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role supports the daily operations of our cafeteria by overseeing all administrative functions, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to delivering excellent service to both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the cafeteria’s inventory system, tracking stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping tasks, including recording purchases, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts using Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or Accurate software.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory turnover, cost of goods sold, and operational expenses for management review.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to place orders, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in the preparation of menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities by providing accurate cost data.
  • Support the canteen’s front‑line staff by handling cash registers, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards by maintaining proper documentation and conducting periodic checks.
  • Train and mentor junior administrative staff on proper record‑keeping, inventory procedures, and use of relevant software tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to align supply levels with daily demand forecasts.
  • Continuously seek process‑improvement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Muslim/Muslimah, maximum age of 28 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK equivalent; D3 or S1 in Administration is a distinct advantage.
  • At least 0‑1 year of experience in administrative support or simple bookkeeping, preferably within a food‑service environment.
  • Proven ability to manage stock, inventories, and purchase records accurately.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, attention to detail, and self‑discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with Accurate accounting software is a plus.
  • Willingness to assist with day‑to‑day canteen operations when required.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
