Introduction

The positions of Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) and Field Collector are open for candidates who are eager to develop their careers in sales, credit risk management, and customer relationship handling. Both roles are based in the Bantul area of Yogyakarta, with placement flexibility based on the candidate’s domicile.
Responsibilities
- Credit Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and market research.
- Conduct credit assessments and preliminary surveys to evaluate the financial health of potential clients.
- Prepare and present tailored credit proposals, ensuring alignment with the company’s risk policies.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and cross‑sell additional services.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to expedite approval processes and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Report sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Field Collector
- Visit assigned debtor accounts in the Bantul, Yogyakarta, and surrounding regions to negotiate repayment plans.
- Verify and update debtor information, ensuring accurate records in the collection management system.
- Prepare and submit daily collection reports, highlighting recovered amounts, pending cases, and any legal escalations.
- Coordinate with legal counsel when accounts require formal recovery actions.
- Educate customers on payment options, settlement discounts, and the benefits of maintaining good credit standing.
- Work closely with the Credit Marketing team to provide feedback on credit risk trends observed in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age may apply.
- Experience:
- CMO – prior experience in sales, marketing, account management, or field surveying is preferred but not mandatory.
- Field Collector – experience as a collector, accounts receivable officer, or similar role is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive on‑the‑job training.
- Must own a personal motorbike and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong team orientation as well as the capability to work independently and meet result‑driven targets.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing market conditions and willingness to learn industry‑specific terminology.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, email) and familiarity with CRM or collection systems is a plus.
