Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Surveyor to join our team in Tual, Provinsi Maluku. This role is focused on credit and collection activities, ensuring that our customers understand their payment obligations and that outstanding balances are minimized. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:30. Candidates must be male, up to 28 years of age, and possess at least a D3/D4 qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though a minimum of one year’s experience in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, courteous information to customers about their payment obligations, helping them avoid overdue balances.
- Execute the collection process in strict accordance with established SOPs, adhering to scheduled timelines and accurate billing amounts.
- Monitor daily collection targets for the assigned geographic area and implement corrective actions when performance lags.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment promises, and follow‑up activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal finance and sales teams to resolve billing disputes and clarify contract terms.
- Conduct field visits when necessary to verify customer information and strengthen relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, outstanding balances, and any trends that may affect cash flow.
- Continuously improve negotiation techniques through training and peer learning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 from any discipline.
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in Credit & Collection Management or a related financial role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Male candidates only, aged 28 years or younger.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
