Responsibilities
- Develop customized lesson plans for students ranging from kindergarten (TK) to senior high school (SMA) based on curriculum standards and individual learning goals.
- Deliver engaging one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions that reinforce classroom concepts, improve study habits, and boost academic confidence.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians, reporting on performance, attendance, and any areas requiring additional support.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials, including worksheets, multimedia resources, and interactive activities that cater to diverse learning preferences.
- Manage scheduling and attendance records, ensuring adherence to the agreed‑upon tutoring timetable.

Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: active university student in the final semester or a graduate with a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; candidates with an education background are preferred.
- Strong passion for teaching and a genuine interest in interacting with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach subjects across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA) with confidence and competence.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Professional, neat, and modest personal presentation.
