We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier – Express Delivery (Layanan Ekspres) to join our fast‑growing logistics team. Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and load parcels from the warehouse or distribution centre ensuring accurate documentation.
- Plan optimal delivery routes using GPS and company routing software to maximize efficiency and meet promised delivery windows.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses, obtaining signatures or proof of delivery as required.
- Perform on‑site checks for package integrity, report any damages, and coordinate with the customer service team for resolutions.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers, answering queries about delivery status and handling special instructions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a motorbike or other approved delivery vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to solve logistical challenges, especially during peak periods or adverse weather conditions.
- Update delivery status in real‑time using the company’s mobile app, ensuring accurate tracking for both internal monitoring and client visibility.
- Assist with occasional inventory checks, returns processing, and outbound shipment preparation during slower periods.
- Participate in regular safety briefings, vehicle maintenance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience in courier, delivery, or related logistics roles is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Resilience under pressure; ability to meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Valid motorbike driver’s license and basic proficiency in operating a motorized vehicle.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry parcels up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
