Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Koordinator Operasional Kitchen dan Kebersihan to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. This pivotal role ensures that both kitchen operations and overall cleanliness standards meet the highest level of efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, team‑player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to contribute to a seamless food‑service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to guarantee timely service.
  • Supervise and schedule kitchen staff, ensuring proper shift coverage from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00) and occasional weekend or holiday work as needed.
  • Maintain rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards across all kitchen zones, dining areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of kitchen supplies, raw materials, and cleaning equipment, conducting regular stock checks and re‑order processes.
  • Conduct routine inspections of kitchen appliances and cleaning tools, arranging maintenance or repairs to avoid downtime.
  • Implement and enforce health‑code compliance, including proper food storage, waste disposal, and pest control measures.
  • Train new and existing staff on best practices for kitchen safety, hygiene protocols, and equipment usage.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management, highlighting productivity metrics, cost‑saving opportunities, and any incident reports.
  • Act as a liaison between kitchen staff, front‑of‑house teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and problem‑solving.
  • Provide on‑the‑spot assistance during peak service periods and be willing to work overtime when demand spikes.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female, maximum age 30 years.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
  • Key Personal Attributes: Proactive, friendly, strong work ethic, punctual, responsible, and capable of teamwork.
  • Attendance: Reliable and does not miss shifts; willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Appearance: Clean, neat, and presentable at all times.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of standing for extended periods and handling kitchen equipment safely.
  • Technical Skill: Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment and understand basic sanitation procedures.
  • Flexibility: Open to overtime and occasional shift adjustments based on operational needs.
