Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station, including daily equipment cleaning, countertop sanitation, and proper waste disposal.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments while ensuring transaction security.
- Engage customers with a friendly, communicative attitude, provide product recommendations, and answer basic questions about coffee origins and brewing methods.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; restock supplies and report low‑stock items to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, temperature control, and allergen awareness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, covering opening and closing duties as required.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, brewing techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 28 years.
- Prior experience in the coffee industry or a related hospitality role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia and possess basic English proficiency for taking simple orders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) and occasional early mornings or late evenings.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and product quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when handling inventory.
