Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of all shipments, overseeing every step from pickup to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize routing.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies to minimize loss, damage, and mis‑delivery of parcels.
- Track and reconcile all hub transactions, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting for finance and operational dashboards.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including loading, unloading, sorting, and dispatching processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff, conducting regular performance reviews, on‑the‑job training, and skill‑building workshops.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, parcel‑damage ratio, and hub productivity, and propose corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local labor laws.
- Participate in weekly cross‑functional meetings to share insights, forecast demand, and align on capacity planning.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven hands‑on experience in Last Mile and First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Telawang, Kotawaringin Timur, Central Kalimantan.
