Responsibilities
- Picker Duties
- Monitor the incoming order queue in real time and acknowledge new orders promptly.
- Print inventory (INV) orders accurately using the warehouse management system.
- Locate and retrieve items from storage locations according to the printed INV order, ensuring correct SKU, quantity, and condition.
- Conduct a quick visual check for damage or expiration before moving items to the packing area.
- Maintain a clean, organized picking zone and report any stock discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Packer Duties
- Scan each barcode on the order sheet to verify that the correct products have been picked.
- Pack items securely following company packaging standards, using appropriate materials to protect goods during transit.
- Label packages clearly and attach any required documentation.
- Initiate the driver dispatch process through the system, notifying the driver of a ready load.
- Load packed orders into the driver’s bag or container and hand over the package to the assigned driver, confirming receipt.
- Record completion of each order in the system to maintain accurate fulfillment metrics.
- Adhere to safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment, and participate in regular safety briefings.
- Continuously look for ways to improve speed, accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Core Skills:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy for order monitoring and barcode scanning.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and move quickly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail to avoid picking or packing errors.
- Good communication skills for interacting with supervisors and drivers.
- Availability to work the standard shift of 08:00 – 17:00, with potential for overtime during peak periods.
