Introduction

In partnership with a major client operating in the Cirebon region, we are expanding our field operations team. We are seeking motivated and results‑driven individuals for the role of Collector Lapangan / ARO (Field Collector). This position is ideal for recent graduates, entry‑level professionals, or experienced collectors who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining cash flow, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the financial health of our client’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to assigned customers in Cirebon and surrounding areas to collect outstanding payments, verify invoice details, and resolve disputes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with debtors, using effective communication and negotiation techniques to secure timely settlements.
- Document collection activities accurately in the company’s CRM system, ensuring that all interactions are logged and follow‑up actions are scheduled.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including credit control, legal, and customer service—to coordinate collection strategies and share field insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and flag high‑risk accounts for escalation, providing recommendations for legal action or alternative payment arrangements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies while representing the brand in the field.
- Utilize personal transportation (motorcycle) and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently between client locations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with collection laws, negotiation tactics, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in collection, field collection, or ARO roles is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Own a reliable motorbike and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving licence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a clear focus on achieving results.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, based in Cirebon and nearby locations.
