FIFGroup is seeking a motivated Petugas Penagihan Field Collection to join our dynamic team in Lamongan. This role is pivotal in maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables from our diverse client base. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of activities that drive effective debt recovery and support the financial health of FIFGroup. Typical duties include:
- Conducting on‑site visits to clients in Lamongan and surrounding areas to negotiate payment plans and settle overdue accounts.
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports that detail collection performance, challenges encountered, and recommended actions.
- Coordinating with internal sales and finance teams to verify invoice details, resolve discrepancies, and streamline the collection process.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to generate collection letters, summary spreadsheets, and presentation materials for management.
- Following up on promises to pay, confirming receipt of funds, and updating the status of each account accordingly.
- Adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory guidelines governing debt collection practices in Indonesia.
- Identifying patterns of delinquency and providing feedback to the credit risk team for proactive risk mitigation.
- Representing FIFGroup in community events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand reputation.
- Ensuring the safety of personal and company property while traveling on a motorcycle, including proper maintenance of the vehicle and valid SIM C.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications and demonstrate the soft skills essential for success in a field collection environment.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data tracking.
- Transportation: Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C license.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Negotiation: Ability to persuade and negotiate payment terms while maintaining a respectful tone.
- Time Management: Capable of planning routes and schedules to maximize collection efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Quick thinker who can resolve disputes and handle unexpected field challenges.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
