Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Guru Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) to join our dynamic educational team. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain e‑learning curricula that align with national education standards.
- Implement and support classroom technologies, including interactive whiteboards, tablets, and learning management systems.
- Provide hands‑on training and coaching for teachers to enhance their digital pedagogical skills.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, ensuring reliable internet connectivity across all school facilities.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to embed ICT concepts into core subjects.
- Lead workshops and extracurricular clubs focused on coding, robotics, and digital creativity for students.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, preparing regular reports for school administration.
- Promote digital safety and responsible internet use among students and staff.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of emerging educational technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferably male candidates, in line with the specific cultural considerations of the institution.
- Good physical and mental health, enabling active engagement with students.
- Strong, positive personality traits such as empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for youth development.
- Demonstrated interest in child‑focused educational environments.
- Not currently employed by another government or private institution.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in teaching skill development (Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar) and adept at translating technical concepts into age‑appropriate lessons.
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
