  • Provide regular updates to parents regarding milestones, behavior, and any notable events.
  • Support language development, including basic English conversation for children who are learning a second language.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure consistency in caregiving standards and share best practices.
  • Document daily activities, attendance, and any incidents in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Passion for working with children and a genuine enthusiasm for early childhood education.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and punctuality; always arrives on time and ready to work.
  • Strong organizational skills; maintains a tidy and orderly workspace.
  • High level of trustworthiness and patience, especially during challenging moments.
  • Cheerful demeanor and creative mindset to keep activities engaging and fun.

  • Basic proficiency in English is preferred to facilitate bilingual activities.
