Responsibilities
- Execute product packing according to established company SOPs, guaranteeing items are secure for transit.
- Verify that each package is correctly labeled with SKU, destination address, and handling instructions.
- Conduct visual inspections to detect damaged or defective items and report findings to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with inventory control and shipping teams to synchronize order flow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation, including packing lists and customs forms when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) and request replenishment to avoid workflow interruptions.
- Participate in periodic quality‑assurance audits and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Be flexible to work overtime during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or urgent order surges.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives such as new product launches, ensuring packaging meets branding guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years or younger.

- Strong attention to detail, quick reflexes, and the ability to work at a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy.
- Basic understanding of packaging standards and best practices for product safety.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Prior experience in packing, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Effective verbal communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with teammates.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive motions safely.
