Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative (Penjualan Langsung) to join our fast‑growing telecommunications team in Jakarta. This frontline position focuses on promoting and selling our high‑quality Wi‑Fi installation services to residential and small‑business customers across designated territories. The ideal candidate is energetic, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining a professional brand image for the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned area to present our Wi‑Fi installation packages.
- Conduct on‑site consultations, assess customer needs, and tailor service proposals that align with budget and technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, sales reports, and customer data using the company’s mobile reporting app.
- Coordinate with the technical team to schedule installations, ensuring a seamless hand‑over from sales to service delivery.
- Provide post‑sale support, answer client queries, and resolve issues promptly to foster long‑term relationships and generate referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and local demand patterns to suggest promotional strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and field audits to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent (SD/SMP acceptable for fresh graduates).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the telecommunications or consumer‑electronics sector.
- Valid SIM C driving license and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for field travel.
- Smartphone equipped with data connectivity for real‑time reporting and communication.
- Active BPJS Kesehatan card.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00, with occasional overtime during promotional campaigns.
