Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize all raw ingredients, utensils, and machinery required for daily cake production.
  • Measure, mix, and knead doughs according to company‑approved recipes, ensuring strict adherence to portion control.
  • Operate deep‑fat fryers and ovens to cook a variety of traditional cakes, monitoring temperature and timing to achieve the desired texture and colour.
  • Begin production at 03:00 WIB, guaranteeing that finished cakes are ready for distribution to outlets by 07:00 WIB.
  • Conduct visual and sensory checks on each batch to maintain consistent flavour, shape, and doneness.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, performing routine equipment cleaning and complying with food‑safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, communicating any production issues and supporting a smooth hand‑over to the packaging and delivery teams.
  • Document production logs, ingredient usage, and any deviations from standard procedures for quality‑control review.
  • Assist in inventory checks, reporting low‑stock items to the supervisor for timely replenishment.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on new recipes, equipment upgrades, and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only; age not exceeding 21 years.
  • Minimum education: SMP or SMA (or equivalent).
  • Willingness to start work at 03:00 WIB and remain on‑site in the company mess.
  • Basic familiarity with traditional Indonesian cake preparation is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Strong work ethic: diligent, quick‑paced, and disciplined.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Adaptability to early‑morning shifts and a dynamic production environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting of ingredient containers.
