Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 40 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in digital printing or related graphic services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and sales tactics specific to the printing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience under pressure, high level of persistence, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Own transportation and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
