Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo from trucks, vans, and other transport vehicles, ensuring safe handling and adherence to safety protocols.
- Organize and arrange inventory within the warehouse, following established storage standards to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, accuracy, and completeness, documenting any discrepancies promptly.
- Support the picking and packing process by gathering items according to order specifications, verifying quantities, and preparing shipments for timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations to promote a safe and efficient environment.
- Participate in regular stock‑taking (stock opname) activities, updating inventory records and reporting variances to supervisors.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow team members to identify process improvements, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and security, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting of incidents.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the physical requirements are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Physical fitness: Ability to lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely.
