Introduction

We are seeking a proactive Administrator Online Sales to join our dynamic e‑commerce team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our marketplace presence, driving sales strategies, managing product listings, and nurturing client relationships across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and activity plans for all storefronts on major marketplace platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak).
  • Maintain and beautify marketplace store fronts, including product uploads, price updates, banner design, and inventory synchronization to ensure a polished and accurate online presentation.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via WhatsApp and email, converting leads into sales while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze sales trends, monitor competitor activity, and produce actionable insights to optimize pricing, assortment, and promotional timing.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, product, and finance teams to align marketplace initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Conduct follow‑up communications with existing clients to encourage repeat purchases and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators, growth opportunities, and areas requiring corrective action.
  • Stay current with marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and emerging e‑commerce tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) with a solid grasp of basic business principles.
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce accounts or online sales operations.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) to handle international inquiries and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for client interactions via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  • Familiarity with major marketplace platforms and tools for product listing, price management, and performance tracking.
  • Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Technical aptitude for basic image editing, spreadsheet manipulation, and using CRM or ERP systems.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
