Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staff Penagihan Lapangan to join our collection team in the vibrant area of Tabanan, Bali. This role is essential for maintaining cash flow and supporting the financial health of our portfolio of consumer and commercial accounts. The successful candidate will operate in the field, visiting clients daily, ensuring overdue payments are collected promptly, and building strong relationships with borrowers. The position offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a stable routine in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review the daily visitation list assigned by the supervisor, planning efficient routes within the Tabanan area.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers with overdue balances, initiating courteous yet firm collection conversations.
- Identify and negotiate payment arrangements that respect both the client’s cash‑flow constraints and the company’s credit policies.
- Minimize the number of accounts that slip beyond the overdue threshold by applying persuasive communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Provide timely reminders to borrowers whose payments are approaching the due date, reducing the risk of future delinquencies.
- Collect cash or electronic payments, issue receipts, and securely transport the collected funds to the designated deposit location.
- Maintain accurate, real‑time records of all interactions, payments received, and commitments made using the company’s mobile CRM system.
- Report daily activity summaries to the field manager, highlighting any escalated cases or potential disputes.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to flag high‑risk accounts and suggest preventive measures.
- Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance standards, ensuring confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport quickly.
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and simple data entry applications.
