Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently to process food and beverage orders, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Prepare a wide range of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and light snacks using espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other barista equipment.
- Maintain product quality by following standardized recipes, ensuring correct portion sizes, and presenting drinks with visual appeal.
- Deliver orders promptly to customers’ tables, confirming accuracy and addressing any special requests.
- Perform routine cleaning of workstations, coffee machines, and service areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Conduct general cleaning duties, including floor sweeping, waste disposal, and restocking of supplies.
- Execute daily stock opname (inventory checks) to track coffee beans, syrups, milk, and disposables, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other service staff to ensure smooth workflow during opening, middle, and closing shifts.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
- Provide courteous, friendly service, handling customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and a solution‑focused attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of experience in a coffee shop, café, or event‑catering setting.
- Proficiency with barista tools such as espresso machines, grinders, steam wands, and beverage mixers.
- Strong multitasking ability—capable of handling order taking, preparation, and delivery simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and public‑speaking skills to interact confidently with guests.
- Highly active, quick‑thinking, and initiative‑driven with a strong dedication to teamwork.
- Honest, polite, and well‑groomed appearance (well‑groomed).
- Residency near the event location or willingness to travel within Jabodetabek.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (opening, middle, closing) and mandatory availability on weekends, holidays, and public celebrations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a coordinated team.
