Introduction
The Leadman Operasi – Pengelolaan Proses Produksi is a pivotal role within our production facilities, responsible for overseeing the pumping operations that keep our downstream processes running smoothly. Based in the vibrant region of South Kalimantan, this position blends hands‑on technical supervision with strategic asset management, ensuring that all equipment operates at peak efficiency while strictly adhering to safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and operate the pumping operation area, guaranteeing compliance with all established SOPs and maintaining production targets.
- Manage and preserve company assets, including pumps, valves, and related machinery, by scheduling preventive maintenance and documenting usage records.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, prepare detailed condition reports, and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance crews to minimize downtime.
- Provide clear guidance, direction, and on‑site supervision to field operators, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Promote teamwork by organizing shift briefings, encouraging open communication, and recognizing high‑performance contributions, which in turn supports excellent attendance and morale.
- Enforce K3LH (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols, ensuring all personnel wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and that safety drills are regularly conducted.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to align pumping schedules with downstream processing demands, optimizing flow rates and reducing bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, incident reports, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, with a strong technical foundation.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or leadman role within a pumping or process‑production environment.
- Valid POP (Pumping Operations Permit) Certificate or comparable credential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff toward common goals.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to read technical documents and safety manuals.
- Willingness to relocate to and work in South Kalimantan for the duration of the assignment.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset, with a focus on proactive maintenance and rapid response to equipment anomalies.
- Commitment to upholding K3LH standards, with a track record of zero‑incident safety performance.
