Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in routine inspection, cleaning, and minor repairs of production equipment.
- Prepare tools, parts, and consumables for scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring all items are readily available.
- Support the set‑up and breakdown of machinery for daily production runs, adhering to safety protocols.
- Document maintenance activities, report any irregularities, and track usage of spare parts using company forms or digital systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate equipment availability, minimizing downtime.
- Participate in basic troubleshooting under supervision, identifying simple faults such as loose connections, worn belts, or low fluid levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools are stored properly after use.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and attend regular safety briefings.
- Provide logistical support for material handling, including loading and unloading of components when required.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting practical ideas to streamline processes.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 25 years.
- Currently not enrolled in any academic program; full‑time availability is required.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, following instructions and supporting colleagues.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts and follow detailed procedural guidelines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and operate in a factory environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
