Home Credit Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our retail team as Crew Store – Area Singaraja. This entry‑level sales position will be based in one of three locations – Singaraja, Buleleng, or Bangli – with the final store assignment matched to the candidate’s current domicile. As a Crew Store member you will become the front‑line ambassador of Home Credit, helping shoppers understand flexible financing options while delivering a warm, smile‑filled service experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage store visitors and present Home Credit’s installment and credit purchase solutions in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Guide customers through the application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurately entered.
- Educate borrowers on repayment schedules, interest rates, and the benefits of responsible credit use.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and new financing products.
- Collaborate with store managers and fellow crew members to achieve daily sales targets and overall store performance metrics.
- Provide after‑sale support, answering follow‑up questions, assisting with account inquiries, and resolving minor issues.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly, and report any inventory discrepancies.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent (MA/Package C).
- Open to candidates of any gender; all applicants must be willing to work in the Singaraja, Buleleng, or Bangli region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, upbeat demeanor and smile throughout the workday.
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy for data entry and processing loan applications.
- Preferably 1 + year of retail or sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
