Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly with a friendly smile, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections, answering any dietary or allergy questions.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, and communicate them clearly to kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any additional guest requests.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service staff to guarantee smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
