Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations.

- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and updating inventory records.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support promotional activities, set up displays, and communicate upcoming sales events.
- Adhere to company policies on loss prevention, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger.

- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
- Must not be currently enrolled in college or school full‑time.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Own reliable transportation to commute to the outlet.
- Willingness to work either full‑time or part‑time shifts as scheduled.
