Responsibilities
- Perform live‑streamed dance routines on TikTok, delivering high‑energy, interactive sessions that encourage viewer participation.
- Host engaging challenges such as PK (Player Kill) dance battles, trending hashtag challenges, and audience‑driven choreography contests.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop themed TikTok videos, following brief guidelines while adding personal flair.
- Participate in a structured training program led by professional dance coaches to refine technique, stage presence, and on‑camera confidence.
- Maintain a consistent streaming schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 10:00 – 19:00) and adhere to punctuality standards.
- Monitor real‑time audience feedback, respond to comments, and adjust performance flow to maximize engagement metrics.
- Work closely with the wardrobe and make‑up artists to ensure a polished visual appearance that aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Track performance analytics, report viewership trends, and suggest content improvements based on data insights.
- Assist in planning and rehearsing special live events, collaborations with influencers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Uphold community guidelines and ensure all streamed content remains appropriate and brand‑safe.
Requirements
- Open to candidates of any educational background; a strong desire to learn and grow in dance is essential.
- Age between 17 and 28 years (must possess a valid Indonesian KTP).
- Minimum height: 154 cm for females, 164 cm for males; all genders should maintain an ideal, healthy physique.
- Non‑hijab appearance required for female candidates to match the visual style of our brand.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and exude confidence on camera.
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus for broader audience reach.
- Passion for dance—whether you are a seasoned performer or a beginner eager to train.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to take constructive feedback.
