Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Karyawati Produksi: Operasi Mesin & Pengawasan Kualitas to join our dynamic bakery production team. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our baking lines, ensuring that every product that leaves the oven meets our high standards of taste, texture, and safety. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of hands‑on experience in a bakery environment, possess a strong work ethic, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative crew.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial baking machines, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters, while adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Perform regular quality inspections at each stage of production, checking for correct weight, shape, crust color, and internal crumb structure.
- Document production data, machine settings, and quality metrics in the shop‑floor management system.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions; coordinate with maintenance staff for larger repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and food‑safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Assist in the preparation of raw materials, including measuring, weighing, and portioning ingredients according to recipes.
- Support inventory control by reporting ingredient usage and alerting management to low stock levels.
- Train and mentor new team members on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality‑control techniques.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting process adjustments to increase yield and reduce waste.
- Comply with scheduled work hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and adhere to overtime requirements during peak production periods.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Work experience: At least 2 years in a bakery or similar food‑production environment, with proven oven operation skills.

- Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, excellent teamwork and communication abilities, and a diligent, serious attitude toward responsibilities.
- Physical ability: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 kg, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Additional competencies: Understanding of store‑management software (e.g., POS or inventory systems) is a plus.
