Introduction
The Relationship Officer position is based in the vibrant city of Balikpapan and serves as a critical link between BCA Finance and its expanding client base. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting BCA Finance’s suite of financial products, building strong partnerships with local businesses, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization. The position offers a dynamic, field‑based environment where you will engage directly with customers, conduct on‑site assessments, and help achieve sales targets in a fast‑moving financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Market BCA Finance’s products and services to prospective customers, actively seeking opportunities to broaden the company’s market presence in Balikpapan and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with business partners, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct field surveys and perform detailed feasibility analyses on potential borrowers, evaluating creditworthiness and financial stability.
- Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Prepare and present clear, data‑driven reports to management, highlighting market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Represent BCA Finance at local events, workshops, and networking sessions to raise brand awareness and foster community trust.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline is preferred.
- Academic performance: Minimum GPA of 2.50.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.

- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Key skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, analytical mindset, and a genuine passion for field work.
- Legal: Possession of a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) and personal motorcycle for mobility.
- Residency: Must reside in Balikpapan or the surrounding region to ensure rapid response times.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:30.
