Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Maintenance Sistem MEP to join our facilities management team. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as supporting warehouse operations. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other maintenance staff to keep our infrastructure running smoothly, minimize downtime, and support a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on building structures, including roofs, walls, and flooring.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, ensuring optimal temperature control and air quality throughout the facility.
- Service and repair security and communication installations such as CCTV, telephone, internet, and alarm systems.
- Execute comprehensive MEP upkeep, covering mechanical components, electrical wiring, and plumbing networks to meet safety standards.
- Conduct regular testing, servicing, and fuel management of generators (genset) to guarantee uninterrupted power supply.
- Maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, hand pallets, and freight lifts, ensuring they meet operational and safety requirements.
- Coordinate the procurement, cataloguing, and inventory control of spare parts and consumables, reducing lead times for critical repairs.
- Document all maintenance activities, generate work orders, and report findings to senior supervisors for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, overseeing the quality of outsourced work and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, energy‑saving initiatives, and process optimizations that align with the organization’s sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in building maintenance, MEP systems, or related industrial settings.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Strong mechanical aptitude covering automotive, diesel, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, circuit analysis, and basic PLC knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to work with HVAC, CCTV, fire alarm, and telecommunications equipment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a focus on quick diagnosis and effective resolution.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Good communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a proactive safety mindset.
- Flexibility to work overtime or on-call rotations during emergencies.
