Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and technically‑savvy individual to join our Research and Development (R&D) team as a Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Teknologi) specialist. This role is central to driving innovation within our organization, creating new products, technologies, and systems while continuously improving existing offerings. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing professionals to turn ideas into market‑ready solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market and technology research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Design, develop, and prototype new products or system components, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Perform technical analysis, feasibility studies, and cost‑benefit evaluations for proposed innovations.
- Plan and execute laboratory and field testing, documenting results, and iterating designs based on findings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, quality assurance, and production—to ensure seamless technology transfer.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, project documentation, and presentation materials for senior management.
- Monitor and improve the quality of existing products through continuous improvement initiatives and root‑cause analysis.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry standards, patents, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance throughout the development cycle.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and creative problem‑solving.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring criteria).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in R&D, product development, or a similar technical role.
- Strong technical analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data, run simulations, and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, Python, or similar).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
