Introduction
Siaga Management is seeking a highly motivated Senior Guard Security Specialist to join our professional security team in Jakarta East. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment across client sites, ensuring smooth traffic flow, and providing reliable protection services. The successful candidate will be a disciplined, detail‑oriented individual who can act decisively in dynamic situations while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and supervise assigned security zones to deter unauthorized activity and promptly address incidents.
- Manage traffic control and parking operations, directing vehicles safely during peak hours and special events.
- Provide escort and close‑protection services when required, coordinating with law enforcement and client personnel.
- Perform systematic checks of designated checkpoints, verifying access credentials and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Monitor and control entry points, operating access control systems, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Execute comprehensive security duties including incident reporting, emergency response, and coordination of evacuation procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors, documenting daily activities in detailed shift reports.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and briefings to stay current with industry best practices and emerging threats.
Requirements
- Age: 18–35 years (flexible within legal limits).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Physical standards: Minimum height 170 cm for men, 160 cm for women; proportional weight; physically fit to perform patrols and respond to emergencies.
- Documentation: Active KTA (Security Personnel Card) and a valid Gada certificate (Pratama, Madya, or Utama).
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional security or guard experience.
- Core competencies: Strong sense of discipline, responsibility, honesty, and a neat appearance; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
