Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Execute basic latte art (e.g., heart, rosette, tulip) to enhance visual appeal and meet customer expectations.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and handle payments efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and sanitary work station, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, restock supplies, and support smooth store operations.
- Participate in regular training sessions, taste tests, and product knowledge workshops to stay current with industry trends.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
- Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal promotions, and process improvements.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong proficiency with espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Fundamental knowledge of latte art techniques and a willingness to refine artistic skills.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Personal hygiene standards: clean appearance and pleasant scent.
- Excellent teamwork abilities, with a collaborative and supportive attitude.

- Flexible schedule: available to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
