Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s product suite—including auto loans, personal loans, and credit facilities—to existing clients and prospective customers.
- Identify and develop relationships with Channel Distribution partners (dealers, brokers, and retail outlets) to generate high‑quality leads.
- Gather initial customer data, perform thorough verification, and compile all required documentation for credit applications.
- Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Explain repayment schedules, due dates, and payment locations clearly, ensuring customers understand their obligations and options.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking sales performance against targets and preparing regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, sales campaigns, and community outreach events that boost brand awareness.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to recommend product enhancements and new sales approaches.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s compliance standards, ensuring all transactions adhere to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 29 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role (experience in financial services is a strong plus).
- Demonstrated ability in B2C sales management, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly with customers and partners.
- High level of integrity, diligence, and honesty; detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Strong computer literacy, especially with CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
