Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Waiters Professional Team. This full‑time role is based in a high‑traffic restaurant that prides itself on delivering exceptional dining experiences to a diverse clientele. As a waiter, you will be the face of the establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, well‑served, and eager to return. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Monitor tables throughout service, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any guest needs or concerns with a courteous and proactive attitude.
  • Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, hosts, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth coordination during peak dining periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with precision and confidentiality.
  • Upsell additional menu items, suggest pairings, and promote loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to discuss service highlights, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18‑40 years old; all genders are welcome.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and honesty.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in food and beverage service is a plus, but not required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays weighing up to 15 kg.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
