Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Executive Penjualan Inside to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, nurturing leads, and ensuring a steady flow of repeat orders. Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive prospecting via phone, chat, email, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Present the company’s product portfolio clearly and persuasively, tailoring the pitch to each customer’s needs.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel, from initial interest to closing the transaction.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and sales activities are logged.
- Coordinate with the operations team to guarantee smooth order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, and monthly sales target, and report results to the sales manager.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product workshops to stay current with market trends and product developments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, employing conflict‑management techniques to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C inside sales or telephone sales.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written); additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency with CRM/database tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in data entry and transaction tracking.
- Self‑discipline, persistence in follow‑up, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, especially operations and logistics.
