Introduction

Artaboga, a leading FMCG (Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods) company in Indonesia, is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our sales force as Sales Motoris – Produk FMCG. This role focuses on direct, door‑to‑door distribution of our popular snack and food products to retailers, warungs, and market stalls across assigned territories. The successful candidate will act as the face of Artaboga, delivering product knowledge, ensuring timely deliveries, and fostering strong relationships with our retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned outlets, warungs, and traditional markets daily to promote and sell snack products from the AB2 division (including brands such as TANGO, FULLO, WAFFLE, IMPERIAL, and others).
  • Manage a saddle bag stocked with inventory supplied by the head office, ensuring product availability and proper handling.
  • Collect cash payments on site, issue receipts, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
  • Monitor stock levels at each outlet, report low inventory, and coordinate replenishment with the logistics team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide promotional material, and educate retailers about new product launches and promotional offers.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with shop owners, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure repeat business.
  • Track competitor activities in the field and report market trends to the sales manager.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding route planning, safety, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas for improving sales performance.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Open to all levels of formal education.
  • Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are welcome.
  • Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Minimum of 0 years; fresh graduates or individuals with prior sales experience are both considered.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while following a structured sales route.
  • Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate sales logs.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • High level of personal integrity and a customer‑service oriented mindset.
