Introduction

Blue Gas is expanding its market presence and is looking for a dynamic Perwakilan Konsultan Penjualan / Konsultan Dapur to join the sales team. This role is focused on driving offline and online sales of our premium gas products to both residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, results‑oriented professional who enjoys face‑to‑face interaction, thrives in a fast‑paced field environment, and possesses strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting product features, safety standards, and cost‑benefit advantages.
  • Perform live product demonstrations (both offline at customer sites and online via video calls) to showcase the convenience and reliability of Blue Gas services.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold‑calling, referrals, and networking events within the designated territory.
  • Analyze simple market data and customer feedback to fine‑tune sales tactics and improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of gas cylinders for new contracts.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and competitive offerings.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.
  • Adhere to the work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and be willing to work on weekdays as needed.

Requirements

  • Male candidates, preferably aged 28‑35 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 3.00.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a salesman, preferably in general trade or related consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong achievement‑driven mindset with a clear record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, self‑confidence, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in field work, enjoy meeting new people, and adapt quickly to changing customer needs.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) for travel within the sales territory.
  • Proficiency with communication tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and basic negotiation techniques.
  • Willingness to work on weekdays and flexible to adjust schedule for client meetings.
