Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketplace Specialist (KLI-26) to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven professional with a strong background in digital sales strategy, marketplace operations, and paid advertising. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the major Southeast Asian marketplace platforms, driving revenue growth through meticulous analysis, creative campaign management, and continuous optimisation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain intensive, proactive communication with clients, delivering regular performance updates and addressing business needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Design, implement, and iterate comprehensive growth strategies across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia, covering SEO optimisation, competitive price analysis, discount management, and promotional campaign execution.
- Allocate and optimise advertising budgets for Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, and Tokopedia Marketing Solutions, targeting a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while adhering to client cost constraints.
- Monitor daily store performance metrics, generate detailed monthly reports, and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Provide data‑backed recommendations to boost sales volume, conversion rates, and average order value, leveraging marketplace analytics tools and external market research.
- Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer‑service teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end execution of marketplace initiatives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, new advertising formats, and emerging trends in the Southeast Asian e‑commerce landscape.
- Mentor junior marketplace staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Marketplace Specialist, e‑Commerce Executive, or Digital Marketing professional with a focus on marketplace channels.
- Deep familiarity with Seller Center operations on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and promotional tools.
- Strong technical skills: marketplace SEO, price‑monitoring tools, and paid‑media management platforms.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets, create dashboards, and translate findings into strategic actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Self‑starter attitude, capable of working independently and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
