Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Pramuniaga Penjualan Produk Konsumen to join our dynamic retail team. This front‑line sales associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a wide range of consumer products, and helping the store achieve its sales targets. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display, ensuring shelves are stocked, labeled, and tidy at all times.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and electronic payments.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas by upselling complementary items and participating in promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular price checks, manage inventory replenishment, and report low‑stock situations to the store manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, in‑store signage, and product demonstrations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction that encourages repeat business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share best practices, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Comply with all company policies, including attendance, dress code, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • High level of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
  • Prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Basic proficiency with store management systems or POS software.
  • Flexibility to work weekends (Monday‑Saturday) and occasional overtime during peak periods.
