Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and diligent Staf Penagihan Area Tabalong to join our collections team. This role is based in the Tabalong region and focuses on direct, face‑to‑face interaction with customers to ensure timely repayment of outstanding balances. The successful candidate will act as the frontline representative of our company, building trust, offering flexible payment solutions, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. This position offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to assigned customers for the purpose of debt collection and relationship management.
- Assess each debtor’s financial situation and propose tailored payment plans that align with company policy and legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily visit reports, including outcomes, challenges, and progress toward collection targets.
- Follow established collection procedures, ensuring compliance with internal controls and applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s CRM system, documenting all communications and agreements.
- Collaborate with the regional supervisor and other collection agents to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
- Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and proactively engage customers to prevent escalation.
- Handle customer inquiries and disputes professionally, seeking amicable resolutions while safeguarding the company’s interests.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on collection techniques, regulatory changes, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 32 years.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
- High level of personal integrity and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Basic numeracy and ability to calculate payment schedules accurately.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, and able to work independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tabalong area.
